An adventure in another world with cute girls by your side and video game-like powers--sounds like an anime fan's dream, right? Not so for melancholic author Osamu Dazai, who would quite literally prefer to drop dead. Video games haven't even been invented yet when he gets yanked into another world in 1948. Really, all the fantastical adventure he keeps running into is just getting in the way of his poetic dream of finding the perfect place to die. But no matter how much he risks his hide, everything seems to keep turning out okay.

THE 'What the Fu**' show of the season so far. A twisted isekai which makes a farce of the cliches in this genre.  Short on breaking the fourth wall, this makes 'isekai' a mockery in a funny way.  Twisted. Demented' Straight out off the cuff and off the wall. I like it.

Damn, the humour is dark in this one.  Very dark.  
First off, viewer discretion is advised, as part of the humour revolves around the MC being suicidal.  
The show is fairly well animated, and serves as a bit of a sendup of the isekai genre.  Most of the depth to the characters is given to the MC, with not too much development given to the other characters (not in terms of personality or backstory, the girls are developed in another way).  
If you are okay with the dark humour, this is an okay watch.

The main character is suicidal, so naturally he's indestructible, as well as irresistible to beautiful, well-endowed, goofy women.  Hopefully this show will continue as it started.
