Japanese-American Mizuki has gotten herself into a high school in Japan...but not just any school! To be close to her idol, high jumper Izumi Sano, she's going to an all-guys' high school...and disguising herself as a boy! But as fate would have it, they're more than classmates...they're roommates! Now, Mizuki must keep her secret in the classroom, the locker room, and her own bedroom. And her classmates--and the school doctor--must cope with a new transfer student who may make them question their own orientation...

Not so much into either high school settings or reverse harems, but I would still watch this for at least another half episode just to see what the doctor says.

Nice animation, bangin' opening track, everyone looks like an idol star. Decent premise for a rom com, though the protagonist's reason for coming to the school is left to the next episode.

I had a couple laughs, but reverse harem really isn't my thing. Personally, I have no plans to follow this one.

The plot line you've seen several of times. Boys (or girls) schools are so dated for this age. Still Ouran High School Host Club is a tough act to beat for guy being a girl gag.
